Bio
Dr. Emlyn Forsung pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. He then continued his education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Forsung completed a total of three years of surgical residency with an emphasis on foot and ankle reconstruction. The first two and half years were spent at East Liverpool City Hospitals in East Liverpool, Ohio and six months at Lowerbucks Hospital in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Forsung considers Omaha, Nebraska his adopted hometown after moving to the US from Cameroon to pursue higher education. Dr Forsung is married to his college sweetheart whom he met while at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

His wife is originally from the Omaha metro area where they currently live with their three young children. Dr. Forsung’s interests include spending time with family and friends, sports, especially soccer, and building and racing cars. He happens to be fluent in 4 languages.
